This story begins at the 11th hour.
Just days before doors, severe weather threatened to derail the opening concert of one of the largest rodeos in the country. The original production company called it: they were out. Less than 48 hours before doors, they told the Rodeo that they couldn’t do the show. Canceled due to acts of God.
The stakes were high. Thousands of attendees. A major headliner. A tradition that could not miss its moment.
With no time to waste, Starsound was called in to redesign the production plan, rework staging logistics, and build a full-scale concert experience under intense time pressure and challenging conditions.
The result was an epic opening night that set the tone for the entire rodeo.
This is what partnership looks like when timing is critical.
This is what it means to adapt, engineer solutions, and deliver when it matters most.
